WorkLink
The digital infrastructure of Syria's labour market

After the liberation, Syrian talent was scattered, companies were displaced, and international organisations had no way to find genuine local expertise. The labour market ran on unverified Facebook groups and personal networks. WorkLink started as a basic site with a handful of openings, then changed every two or three weeks according to what the market asked for.
Today it gathers jobs and tenders from humanitarian organisations, government bodies, and the private sector, and verifies each employer's identity before publishing. For jobseekers: an Arabic CV generator, smart email alerts, and a profile. For employers: a posting and applicant dashboard. For everyone: WorkLink Insights, Syria's first live labour-market analytics dashboard, with geographic heatmaps and skill-gap analysis.
A free partner API and a Telegram bot let any site or channel display the verified openings. Verify by WorkLink lets universities and institutes issue credentials that anyone can check with a QR code. More than a million cumulative reach on social networks with almost no marketing spend. Free for jobseekers, always.
More than 5,700 opportunities published and more than 1,000 daily visitors.
