Waleed Chayeb is a Syrian entrepreneur, founder and CEO of the Sanarise Intelligent Systems network. His career in technology began in 2015 in Aleppo, where he founded Faseela Tech and several tech communities, and he studied computer science at the American University of Beirut.

In 2020 he founded Sanarise in Istanbul, later moving its headquarters to Muscat as the network's commercial engine. Today the network comprises three independent companies in Türkiye, Oman, and Syria, specialising in Odoo enterprise systems for holding companies and humanitarian organisations, work that yielded products such as NGO Kit and Real Estate Kit. During the 2020 pandemic he launched vTeacher, a free distance-learning platform that saw wide use across several Arab countries.

After returning to Damascus he founded WorkLink, the digital infrastructure of Syria's labour market, and Levant Host, cloud hosting to European standards with Arabic support, from which free initiatives such as Levant Git and Munaweb emerged. He works hands-on across all of his companies according to his management philosophy, and writes in Arabic on building companies in emerging markets, using technology to lead sustainable growth and institutional development.
