Sanarise Oman is the network's headquarters and commercial engine, and the company from which I lead the Odoo business in the Gulf today. I lead its delivery and support team, handle the major client relationships and the design decisions myself, and travel between Muscat and Damascus for it. Muscat was chosen as a stable base for growth in the Gulf market, and the relationship with Odoo and with partners is run from there.
The scale is enterprise: we lead Odoo projects for holding companies with thousands of employees and dozens of branches and entities, where one system runs across all of them with their different books, currencies, and policies. Behind every project is a professional development team and certified Odoo specialists from inside Sanarise who know every module, rather than outside contractors brought in as needed. That is why we take on the multi-entity projects most partners avoid.
The core work is digital transformation on Odoo from start to finish: analysing how the business actually runs before choosing modules, then implementation, customisation, training, and support after go-live. For holding companies we built unified operating frameworks that run hundreds of millions of dollars in sales for thousands of employees, with direct integrations to government systems for tax, compliance, and data sovereignty.
Two products came out of that experience: NGO Kit for humanitarian organisations and Real Estate Kit for the property sector. Both are sold and delivered from Muscat.
